Like you, I’m looking at the multitude of crises we’re facing right now with my eyes wide open. Like you also, I want to live a happy and meaningful life doing what is mine to do to protect the people and planet I love.

For 20 years, that meant working in different roles within the climate action, food justice and biodiversity conservation movements. I’ve been a strategic policy analyst for the federal government, a nonprofit Board Member, an activist, a civil society mobilizer and campaigner, and a director of communications & fundraising for a global sustainable farming nonprofit based in Ottawa, Canada.

During these years, I also became the mother of two wild and precious members of the next generation.

(A few years later, we all became card-carrying members of the ADHD club… but that’s another story.)

Everywhere I went, I did all I could to be the best human, leader and parent I could be — to the point of burnout.

In the pause that followed,

it dawned on me.

We’ll never find our way out of darkness
if we keep living within the same rules
that got us there.

You know those rules. The rules that say things like:

  • We always have to do more with less - no matter the human cost.

  • Being successful means putting numbers over people, outcomes over process, and ego over empathy.

  • Clarity comes from hard and cold analysis - not from the things we know and feel intuitively.

  • We have to check our emotions at the door and scrub the reality of our personal lives from our professional ones.

  • Being loud, decisive and looking like a leader is more important than knowing how to listen, how to move within our true capacity, and how to build bridges.

We need to break these rules, fast.

Elodie, I wanted to thank you again for our coaching call last week. I felt some immediate internal shifts in my being from our session. Like my body was a slightly different shape almost. Something had integrated. You are SUCH a brilliant coach and I am so in awe of the work you are doing!

But before I could free myself from these kinds of rules and stand in my own luminous leadership, I’d first have to free myself from the shackles of self-doubt, overwhelm, overfunctioning and people-pleasing.

I’d have to shed a lifetime of misogynistic and extractive conditioning working against me, and rewire my self-limiting beliefs.

I’d have to rise up from past experiences in unhealthy organizations and relationships that still blocked me from my own power, and limited my view of what’s really possible.

If I was going to succeed at this, and if all the smart, caring and ambitious women around me were to succeed too, we’d need deep levels of skillful support.

Yet none of the executive coaches and therapists I worked with during my leadership years had the full combination of approaches I needed to help me become the kind of leader I wanted to be.

So I quit my nonprofit leadership job and went to assemble that coaching skillset myself.

Discover My Deep Coaching Approach
Elodie is so generous towards the people she coaches. In her presence, her support, and the energy she brings to our space together... She doesn’t miss a thing, hyper-attentive and always on the lookout to catch the ball at the right moment and throw it back when necessary. Plus her tools are practical, simple, accessible, easy to use, and effective. It’s so reassuring to work with her!

I was going through some of the most trying times, and Elodie turned out to be exactly what I needed, even though I didn’t realize it at the time. It felt like she was guiding me out of a false reality that I had convinced myself of. Her presence created a domino effect in how I treated myself, especially after she reminded me of my own greatness.

I now know, through coaching dozens of women deeply and getting my two neuroscience-based coaching certifications, that there are better and faster ways to create the inner shifts we need in order to have the external impact we want.

We’ve got hard skills to learn — but these are teachable and my W.I.S.E.R. Self-Leadership Framework makes it simple.

We have deep journeys to take to reconnect with what’s solid and real inside us and reemerge stronger and bolder — and my deep coaching approaches guide these.

Above all, we need to stop thinking we can do everything in isolation. We’re humans, designed to be at our most courageous when surrounded with strong support and solidarity — and that’s what I offer.

Once we find this kind of support, we become able of rising up to lead the kind of businesses, organizations, families and communities we want to see in the world.

One step at a time. One light joining another.

Today, I work upstream of the movements I care about, where real social change begins:

Within the hearts and minds of those who lead.

That’s where I’ll meet you.

Schedule Your Right Fit Call
When I started working with Elodie, I felt stuck despite years of trying therapy and other approaches. I had both personal goals — like improving my ability to accept change and manage stress — and professional ones, including applying for a promotion.

Her holistic, rigorous, and deeply human approach allowed me to work on all of this in one place. Elodie adapted to what truly resonates for me. Her range of tools helped me calm my nervous system and regain a clear sense of direction.

It’s an investment that is absolutely worth it: in six months, I unlocked more than I had in several years elsewhere, and I got the promotion! I recommend her wholeheartedly, and I’m already looking forward to working with her again.
